Having taken the Undisputed British Women’s Championship from Dani Luna in London over All Out weekend, Mina Shirakawa was announced for the upcoming Global Wars UK show at the Doncaster Dome in the UK on 19th October, though her opponent was not confirmed at that time.

However on the 7th October, Mina’s first defence of her newly-won titles was confirmed to be against Lizzy Evo. This won’t be Evo’s first attempt at the belt, having challenged Giselle Shaw back in 2021. Evo also isn’t a stranger to Stardom wrestlers, having wrestled three dates for the company back in 2016 as Lizzy Styles.
AZM will also be on the show, wrestling a special singles match against Kanji.
