STARDOM has announced the second round of competitors for the big summer tournament.
August 10th marks the start of the 5STAR Grand Prix 2024 and we’re almost there. At the STARDOM NIGHTER in KORAKUEN event on Thursday, the company got closer to revealing the full 28-wrestler field by announcing the second round of talent for each block.
Only one block is complete, as the stacked RED STARS B Block will be headlined by Mayu Iwatani, Tam Nakano, and Momo Watanabe while also featuring AZM, Mei Seira, Saya Iida, and JUST TAP OUT’s Tomoka Inaba.
What is worth noting is that there will be two Xs to find out as well as two more competitors to be determined — likely via a play-in of sorts. Notably, Mina Shirakawa was not announced for this year’s 5STAR Grand Prix and remains the big name missing from the festivities.

The tournament kicks off on August 10th and the finals will take place on August 31st.
