STARDOM is set for some major events to close out 2024 and kick-off 2025.

On Tuesday, NJPW president Hiroshi Tanahashi and STARDOM president Taro Okada held a press conference to further discuss the future of the two companies following STARDOM becoming an official subsidiary of NJPW. They discussed the mindset to become more in sync with one another as companies, while also revealing the schedule for the newly named WRESTLE KINGDOM WEEK.

WRESTLE KINGDOM WEEK will serve as a celebration of the big year-end events for both STARDOM and NJPW, featuring multiple major events over a nine-day span.

STARDOM will have the honor to kick off the festivities on December 29th, with their signature year-end event at Ryogoku Sumo Hall. It’s worth noting that they did not reference the show as Stardom Dream Queendom, so a name change for the show could be on the horizon.

Following that will be a brand new event called Pro Wrestling Matsuri on January 2nd. The show will be a joint event between NJPW and STARDOM in the lead-up to Wrestle Kingdom 19.

The other major highlight of the week includes the first-ever WRESTLE DYNASTY, which will take place on January 5th at the Tokyo Dome. As announced on AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2024, the show will feature NJPW, AEW, STARDOM, CMLL, and ROH — serving as the Forbidden Door-like event for the first time in Japan.

Here’s a full look at the WRESTLE KINGDOM WEEK schedule:

  • December 29th: STARDOM at Ryogoku Sumo Hall
  • January 2nd: Pro Wrestling Matsuri — a joint event with NJPW and STARDOM
  • January 3rd: STARDOM NEW YEAR DREAM 2025
